BWI Airport

Postby cjones0506 » Sat Apr 11, 2009 7:54 pm

Well, yesterday I had to go to the airport. With no intentions on going into the airport. We just had to pick someone up but the police made us move for parking over the limited time. So we had to go park and go inside to find the person. But besides the fact, we got in the elevators. They were Otis, I didn't really have time to get specs or anything. We originally went up to the skywalk (Floor 6), but for some reason we didn't think that was right so we went down to the floor we started on and walked up four stories to find out that I was right in the first place. Anyways they are really nice elevators there. I also used the moving walks and escalators there as well!

There's probably other elevators in the airport. The Otis elevator I was in was in the Parking Garage and it went up to a skywalk that linked the airport to the parking garage.

They remodeled the main terminal a few years ago and moved to parking garage skywalk on level six. You used to go on level 3 or 4 and go over a bridge and then cross the road into the terminal it was really bad. The one that musicfreakcc filmed was in the D concourse where the passenger area goes down to ground level where there are gates that allow you to enter the plane by walking across the tarmac. This elevator was also in the secured area.
